If one or more items in your order is/are unavailable(s), we will contact you to see if you would like another item(s) as a replacement. If no replacement is found, a FULL REFUND of the item(s) will be issued without any problem.

**Must contact us within 15 days after the reception the item(s). Item(s) must be intact with all tag(s) it was send with. Any item at 50% off the original price or more, are final sales. If the item(s) complain to all the requirements for an exchange, we can exchange for another items or take the item(s) back and put the amount of the item(s) on a gift card. Gift card does not have an expiration date. If an exchange requires to be ship back to the store, the shipping fee will be cover by the customer even if the customer took advantage of a ''free shipping'' discount. Shipping cost is really significant to small business like us and to avoid it, you are more than welcome to contact us on any social media or contact info available to ask us extra information on a product like a specific measurement, fabric or anything else that could come to your mind.
